Evaluation of Satisfaction in Research and Community Service in University

چکیده
The evaluation of research and community service management in university is carried out institutionally. Indicators national higher education standards need to be reviewed annually. object this the LPPM Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba), using a quantitative approach with survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires partner population cluster sampling, internal samples 191 external 87. Data analysis was descriptive parametric statistical tests as descriptions on Likert scale eight sub-indicators satisfaction survey. Secondary focus group discussions stakeholders. results showed that most respondents satisfied managed by Unisba. However, there are suggestions can made, including third-party funding, based needs, conducting ongoing evaluations.
